Say no to a bad fit
If we cannot recruit the person the brief genuinely calls for, we tell you that instead of sending the nearest available alternative. A placement that fails costs you a quarter; an honest answer costs a phone call.
About us
SummitWellspring Partners LLC exists for one reason: to put genuinely capable software engineers inside companies that need them, and to be the employer that makes those engineers worth keeping.
Our purpose
We form partnerships with companies across multiple industries. We recruit, hire, and employ highly skilled software engineers who are then assigned to work directly for our partner clients — delivering custom software development, technical expertise, and project support tailored to each client's needs.
That sentence describes the whole business. The interesting part is what it rules out. We do not resell contractors we have never assessed. We do not hold a bench of generalists and hope one fits. We do not treat a signed agreement as the end of our involvement. Every engineer working at a partner company is our employee, and their performance is our responsibility for as long as the engagement lasts.
The summit is the client's — the ambitious thing they are trying to build. The wellspring is ours: a steady source of engineers who can help them get there.
How we operate
Not values on a wall. These are the rules we apply when a decision is inconvenient.
If we cannot recruit the person the brief genuinely calls for, we tell you that instead of sending the nearest available alternative. A placement that fails costs you a quarter; an honest answer costs a phone call.
Well-paid, well-supported, properly developed engineers do better work and stay longer. We invest in employment quality because our partners are the ones who benefit from it.
Clear rates, clear notice periods, clear scope, and a written brief before we recruit. If something is going badly on an engagement, you hear it from us first.
Tests, documentation, and knowledge transfer are part of the engagement, not an upsell. When an engagement ends, your team should be more capable than when it started.
Recruiting & retention
Our partners are buying the outcome of our recruiting process. So we run it ourselves, in-house, against your brief — and we do the unglamorous work of keeping good engineers once we have them.
Because we are the employer, these stay on our side of the line:
