Real ownership
You are embedded in a partner's team with your own tickets, your own code reviews, and a say in design decisions. Not a ticket queue at arm's length.
Careers
We hire software engineers as employees — not contractors passed between agencies — and place them on substantial work inside our partner companies. The stability sits with us; the interesting problems sit with them.
Why engineers join us
You see more systems, domains, and engineering cultures than you would in one job — while keeping a single employer, a salary, and benefits that do not restart with every engagement.
You are embedded in a partner's team with your own tickets, your own code reviews, and a say in design decisions. Not a ticket queue at arm's length.
A salaried role with benefits, paid time off, and equipment provided. Between engagements you remain employed and paid — bench time is our risk, not yours.
A yearly learning budget for certifications, courses, and conferences, plus a technical mentor inside the firm who is not your client-side manager.
We tell you what the engagement involves before you accept it, including the parts that are difficult. If the fit is wrong, we move you rather than wait out the contract.
Open disciplines
We recruit against live partner briefs, so specific openings change week to week. These are the disciplines where we almost always want to talk to strong people — mid-level through principal.
Service and API design, distributed systems, performance work, and careful change inside long-lived codebases. Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, Go, Ruby, or PHP.
Component architecture, state management, performance budgets, and accessibility that holds up to audit. React and TypeScript most often; Angular and Vue regularly.
Infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and cost control across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Pipeline design and reliability, warehouse modelling, streaming, and the reporting foundations that analysts depend on. SQL depth is non-negotiable.
Native iOS or Android, or cross-platform with React Native — including release management and the realities of app store review.
Test strategy, automation frameworks, regression suites, and the judgement to know what is worth automating and what is not.
Running multi-team releases, keeping scope honest, and translating between engineering reality and client expectation without distorting either.
Interview process
No take-home marathons, no trick questions, and no interviewing you for a role we cannot actually offer.
What you have built, what you want next, and what we currently have on the books. We will tell you honestly whether there is a realistic match before taking more of your time.
A practical exercise in your primary stack, worked through together, plus discussion of a system you have designed or inherited. We are interested in how you reason, not whether you memorised an algorithm.
You meet the team you would actually join and see the work in context. You are interviewing them as much as the reverse — ask the hard questions here.
A written offer with compensation, benefits, and the engagement clearly described. References and checks are completed, equipment is shipped, and your context pack arrives before day one.
What you get
